Funmatsu Hojicha Powder

This is a special Japanese tea, made from high pressure heated powdering of Hojicha (roasted green tea). It can be made in the same way as matcha lattes, mixing hot milk with the funmatsu and some sugar to taste. It can also be made cold in a blender with milk, ice and sugar. Almost tastes like a iced cappuccino!
