Kabusecha Goko

This is a very umami rich tea, with a touch of sweetness and notes of fresh sweet peas. The Goko cultivar is generally used to make Gyokuro, which in this case allows for deep but mellow flavor.

Teapot infusion

  • 1 cups
  • 1-2 minutes
  • +/- 80 Celcius
  • 1-2 steepings
